제1장

총칙 제1조【정의】 본규약 스토어 이용규약 우리 쪽 본 서비스를 이용해 개설한 온라인 스토어 운영자 본 서비스 우리 쪽이 인터넷을 통해 제공하는 통신 판매 서비스 내용을 모두 승낙·승인한 후 상품을 신청하는 사람 , 프로그램, 아이디어, 정보 등 (이하, 「콘텐츠」)을 검색, 열람 또는 이용하는 사람의 총칭

제2조【본 규약의 적용】 우리가 인터넷을 통해 제공하는 본 서비스를 이용자가 이용할 때, 본 규약을 정합니다. 이용자는, 본 서비스의 이용 개시의 시점에서 본 규약의 내용을 승낙한 것으로 간주합니다.

제3조【본 규약의 변경】 당사는 이용자 또는 구입자에게 사전에 통지하지 않고 본 규약의 전부 또는 일부를 임의로 변경할 수 있으며, 또한 본 규약을 보충하는 규약을 신규 에 정할 수 있는 것으로 합니다. 본 규약의 변경·추가는, 본 서비스를 제공하는 사이트상에 게재한 시점부터 효력을 발하는 것으로 하고, 효력 발생 후에 제공되는 본 서비스는, 변경·추가 후의 규약에 의한 것으로 됩니다. 당사는 본 약관의 변경·추가에 의해 이용자 또는 구매자에게 발생한 일체의 손해에 대해 직접 손해인지 간접 손해인지 여부, 예견할 수 있는지 여부를 불문하고 일체의 책임을 지지 않습니다. .

제2장 상품의 구입 등

제4조【상품의 구입】 이용자는, 본 서비스를 이용해 우리 쪽으로부터 상품을 구입할 수 있습니다. 이용자는, 상품의 구입을 희망하는 경우, 당사가 별도로 정하는 수속에 따라, 상품의 구입을 신청하는 것으로 합니다. 해당 신청에 따라, 이용자가 입력·등록한 배달처·주문 내용 등을 확인하신 후 주문하겠다는 버튼을 클릭하고, 그 후, 당사로부터 주문 내용을 확인하라는 메일이 해당 이용자에게 도달 한 시점에서, 이용자와 우리 쪽 사이에 해당 상품에 관한 매매 계약이 성립하는 것으로 합니다. 전항의 규정에 관계없이, 본 서비스 이용에 관하여 부정 행위 또는 부적당한 행위가 있었을 경우, 당사는 매매 계약에 대해 취소해, 해제 그 외의 적절한 조치를 취할 수 있는 것으로 합니다. 미성년 이용자는 적격한 법정대리인의 사전 동의를 얻지 않으면 본 서비스를 이용하여 상품을 구입할 수 없습니다.

제5조【등록 정보의 변경】 구입자는, 구입시에 입력한 이름, 주소 그 외 우리에게 신고한 사항의 전부 또는 일부에 변경이 있었을 경우에는 신속하게 우리에게 연락하는 것으로 합니다. 변경 등록이 이루어지지 않았기 때문에 발생한 손해에 대해서, 당사는 일체의 책임을 지지 않습니다. 또한 변경 등록이 이루어진 경우에도 변경 등록 전에 이미 수속이 이루어진 거래는 변경 등록 전의 정보에 근거하여 행해지는 것으로 합니다.

제6조【지불 방법】 상품의 지불 금액은, 사이트상에 표시되고 있는 상품의 판매 가격과, 소비세, 배송료, 수수료의 합계액이 됩니다. 본 서비스에 의해 구입된 상품의 지불에 관해서는, 구입자 본인 명의의 신용카드에 의한 지불, 은행 송금 또는 대금 상환 그 외 당사가 정하는 지불 방법에 의한 지불에 한정하는 것으로 합니다. 신용카드로 지급되는 경우 구매자가 신용카드 회사와 별도로 계약하는 조건을 준수해야 합니다. 덧붙여 신용카드의 이용과 관련해, 구입자와 신용카드 회사등의 사이에 어떠한 분쟁이 발생했을 경우는, 구입자와 신용카드 회사와의 사이에서 책임을 져 해결하는 것으로 합니다. 본 서비스에 지정되는 결제수단으로, 또한 구매자와 해당 결제수단을 가지는 결제회사간에 별도계약(결제수단에 걸리는 규약에의 동의를 포함하지만 이에 한정되지 않는다.)를 하는 경우, 구매자는 결제 회사와 별도로 계약하는 조건을 준수해야 합니다. 또한 해당 결제수단과 관련하여 구매자와 결제회사간에 어떠한 분쟁이 발생한 경우에는 구매자와 결제회사간에 책임을 져 해결하는 것으로 합니다.

해외에서의 주문 및 해외로의 발송에 대해서는 세븐 결제를 이용하지 않도록 부탁드립니다.

제7조【상품의 반품】 저희 쪽은, 구입자로부터의 상품의 반품에 대해서, 사이트상에 게재되는 【특정 상거래법에 관한 표기】내에 있는 「반품에 대한 특약 사항」에 따라 대응하는 것으로 합니다.

제10조【면책사항】 이용자 또는 구입자가 본 규약등에 위반한 것에 의해 제3자에게 발생한 손해에 대해서는, 당사는 일체 책임을 지지 않습니다. 본 서비스의 내용 및 이용자 또는 구매자가 본 서비스를 통해 얻는 정보 등에 대해서는 그 완전성, 정확성, 확실성, 유용성 등 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다. 상품의 본 서비스에 개시·게재되고 있는 콘텐츠에 허위 또는 오해를 초래하는 내용이 존재해도, 이에 의해 이용자 또는 구입자가 직접 또는 간접적으로 입은 일체의 손해, 손실, 불 이익 등에 대해, 우리는 책임을지지 않습니다. 본 서비스를 통해 판매되는 상품에 대해, 그 품질, 재질, 기능, 성능, 다른 상품과의 적합성 기타 결함, 및 이들이 원인이 되어 발생한 손해, 손실, 불이익 등에 대해서는, 당사는 일체 책임 을 지지 않습니다. 당사는 구입자가 상품의 수취를 게을리하거나 거절했을 경우, 장기 부재에 의해 상품의 수취가 불가능한 경우 또는 배송처 불명의 경우, 그 외 구입자의 사정에 의해 상품을 받을 수 없는 경우에 관해서는, 구입 자가 등록하는 연락처에 연락하는 것 및 상품 구입시에 지정된 배달처에 상품을 지참등함으로써, 상품의 인도 채무를 이행해, 해당 채무로부터 면책되는 것으로 합니다. 제6장 잡칙
